Added “Multi Department” selection to the “Officer Offense Report”. This feature is only available in CAD Master Mode. Also modified the “Calls Initiated By” counters to in include the new calls initiated by terminologies and the addition of '911 Cell”.

Modified “Officer Offense Report” to select Unit Jurisdictions from “All” Unit Times in Lamwan if the “Select Assigned Officer Only” box is “Unchecked”

Modified “Officer Offense Report” to allow the omission of all of the offense description detail. The checkbox is located at the bottom of the offense parameters.
